*New* Strawberry Chocolate Cake

Oh my gosh this post was supposed to wish "Happy New Year" as in 2014 (not Chinese New Year yet when I started this post). It's been a crazy month with kids starting school.

Anyway, my sister requested this; a Chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache, buttercream & fresh strawberries.I think that was the last cake for 2013.

I usually make the extra effort to make dessert for myself & the family during Ramadhan. So last week I made bread & butter pudding, with custard cream. Thanks to my friend Az for sharing the recipe. She used to make the meanest bread & butter pudding during our Uni days.

Today though, I made Chocolate Pots. It is the easiest recipe ever but made with the richest ingredients. Actually got this recipe from Jamie Oliver's cookbook.
