Happy Chinese New Year

The long Chinese New Year Holidays was a season of weddings & engagements. Made these mini cupcakes in soufflé cups in red, gold and silver theme for a wedding.

This fondant covered cake was for an engagement ceremony, ideal for a hantaran. 

Loaf sized. Plain RM40, with frosting RM45
